How to do it

Use a dedicated garage door lubricant spray (not WD-40, which dries out).

Apply to the springs, hinges, rollers, and the top of the tracks (not the track channel itself).

Avoid lubricating the bottom rubber weather seal.

Open and close the door several times to distribute.
