Seal asphalt driveway
Why it matters
UV radiation and freeze-thaw cycles crack asphalt; a $200 sealcoat every 3 years preserves a $5,000–$15,000 driveway, preventing expensive replacement.
Stop forgetting to do this.
Hearth generates a personalized maintenance schedule so you never miss another seal asphalt driveway.

- 4
Apply sealcoat with a brush or squeegee in smooth, even coats.
- 5
Allow first coat to dry per manufacturer instructions before second coat.
- 6
Keep traffic off sealed driveway for 24–48 hours to allow full cure.
