License agreement (EULA)

The Hearth iOS app (“Hearth Home Upkeep”) is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to that agreement and to these terms.

Hearth Premium subscription

• Hearth Premium is an auto-renewable annual subscription ($19.99 per year in the US; prices vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase).
• New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Hearth’s tasks, schedules, and how-to steps are general information to help you keep up with home maintenance. They are not professional advice. Every home is different: follow manufacturer instructions and local codes, and hire a licensed professional for gas, electrical, roofing, or any work you are not comfortable doing safely. Cost and time estimates are approximate.
